Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuizRipple mobile app and website at https://www.quizripple.com/legal/terms (together, the "Service"), operated by BiggiDroid Solutions Limited ("BiggiDroid Solutions", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use QuizRipple

QuizRipple is intended for students preparing for the WAEC/WASSCE examinations, and for parents, guardians, or teachers assisting them. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information about younger users.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@quizripple.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You may sign in using an email/password or via Google Sign-In. You must be authorized to use the Google account you sign in with.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for the prohibited conduct described in Section 6.

3. The Service

QuizRipple provides WAEC and WASSCE past questions organised by subject and topic, together with answers, explanations, and score/progress tracking. A limited set of subjects and questions is available for free; full access to all subjects and questions requires payment as described in Section 4.

We continually update the question bank and may add, remove, or change subjects, features, or content without prior notice, provided that we will not remove full access you have already paid for during the period it covers.

4. Payment and full access

• Pricing. Full access is offered for a fee, shown in the app and on our pricing page, billed as a one-time payment for the period purchased (e.g. one year). Prices are set by us and may change for future purchases; changes do not affect access you have already paid for.
• Payment method. Payment is currently made by direct bank transfer to the account details shown in the app, using the payment reference generated for your order. We do not process card payments and do not store your card or bank login details.
• Confirmation. Orders are marked "paid" only after we manually verify your transfer, typically confirmed with you over WhatsApp. Please keep your proof of payment until your order is confirmed.
• Refunds. Because full access is granted promptly on confirmed payment, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where we were unable to deliver the access paid for, or where a payment was made in error and confirmed as such by us. Contact support@quizripple.com to raise a payment issue.
• Expiry. Full access is valid for the period purchased and does not auto-renew; you will need to make a new purchase to continue full access after it expires.

5. Content and intellectual property

The QuizRipple app, website, branding, and the organisation, selection, and explanations accompanying the past questions are owned by BiggiDroid Solutions Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. WAEC/WASSCE past examination questions are historical public examination material; our compilation, structuring, answers, and explanations around them are our own work product.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, or create derivative products from the Service's content or software without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or attempting to circumvent access restrictions;
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the question bank or app content at scale;
• Share your account or full-access purchase with people outside your own use, or resell access to the Service;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this Section.

7. Disclaimers

QuizRipple is a study aid. While we take care in compiling questions, answers, and explanations, we do not guarantee that the content is complete, error-free, or that using the Service will result in any particular exam outcome. WAEC and WASSCE are examinations administered by the West African Examinations Council; QuizRipple is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WAEC.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BiggiDroid Solutions Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or exam outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for full access in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@quizripple.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 8, and 11) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of- law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
